Core Offering: Integration Advisory Package
Five-Session Executive & Partner Advisory Program for individuals or couples Pricing: £3800 GBP
Our core offering is a five-session integration advisory package, delivered over a three- to four-month period. The program supports employees and their partners as they adapt to living and working in the UK, to build clarity, confidence, and long-term success after relocating from the US.

Session Focus Areas
Session 1. Cultural & Professional Orientation
US vs UK norms within pharmaceutical and healthcare environments, including communication style, leadership expectations, decision-making processes, and professional interactions.
Session 2. Navigating Daily Life Systems
Healthcare (NHS vs private), banking, services, housing realities, and other day-to-day systems that influence quality of life and overall adjustment.
Session 3. Partner & Family Integration
Addressing the professional and personal transition of partners, including identity shifts, routine building, and social integration.

Sessions are customized based on the employee’s role (eg, medical affairs, clinical development, regulatory, commercial leadership), seniority, and assignment duration.

A guided, contextual orientation focused on navigating daily life, neighborhoods, transport, and practical realities of living in London.

Monthly Follow-Up Advisory Support
Ongoing monthly check-in sessions following completion of the core program, providing continued guidance during the first year of relocation.

On-Site Presentations & Group Briefings
In addition to individual advisory services, TTA – Life Sciences offers on-site presentations and small-group briefings for US-based employees relocating to the UK, as well as their partners.
